PlainHealth collects minimal data:

• Analytics: We use privacy-friendly analytics (Umami) to understand traffic patterns. No personal data is collected. No cookies are set by our analytics.
• Server Logs: Standard web server logs may record IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. These are retained for security purposes only.

Third-Party Services

• Google AdSense: We may display advertisements via Google AdSense, which uses cookies to serve relevant ads. You can opt out at Google Ad Settings.
• Cloudflare: Our site is served via Cloudflare, which may set security cookies.

Data We Don't Collect

We do not collect, store, or process any personal health information. All health data displayed on this site is aggregated, de-identified public data from the CDC.
